The UK Tomato Working Party held a very successful visit at R&L Holt in November, and we have also just completed the AGM at Plant Raisers Ltd. in early December.
Rick Holt is producing ‘Elegance’ and ‘Piccolo’ using a combination of sodium toplights and LED interlights at Sandylands Nurseries (see photograph).
60-day plants were used to give the crop a controlled start and picks have been good up to date.
